It’s summer, it’s blistering hot outside, and we know what you’re craving this Friday afternoon: A delicious, fruity and refreshing Moscow mule. Thankfully, we have the perfect recipe for you.
With summer comes ripe peaches, and we simply adore the flavors that this fruit brings to our favorite cocktails. Today, we are going to teach you how to make a Moscow mule with peaches. This fruity variation makes 4 cocktails so be sure to share the awesomeness!
With that said, let’s take a look at the list of ingredients that you will need:
Vodka (we recommend ginger infused vodka but regular vodka will do the trick just fine too)
2 peaches, peeled and sliced
4 cans of ginger beer
Fresh slices of peach and/or lime or garnish
To make a Moscow mule with peaches, begin by puree the peach slices and the juice of 1 lime in a blender. Take out 4 cocktail glasses (or copper mugs) and add 2 ounces of peach puree in each of them, followed by the juice of a 1/2 lime and 2 ounces of vodka. Stir until the ingredients have combined properly and add in a few ice cubes. Top with ginger beer (as much as you want) and garnish with a few slices of fresh peach and/or lime. Serve and enjoy!
