Orange marmalade might be delicious with toast, but that doesn’t meant that its use is limited to being eaten with bread. In the past, the Minhas Distillery has covered several unique recipes, and this one is certainly among them.
If you’ve ever wondered how to make a gin cocktail with marmalade, then wonder no more. Today we are going to teach you exactly that. But before doing that let’s take a quick look at the list of ingredients that you will need, gin and marmalade aside:
2 oz of green juice (the higher quality, the better)
3⁄4 oz of gin
3⁄4 oz of Krogstad Aquavit
3⁄4 oz of orange marmalade
1⁄2 oz of lemon juice, preferably freshly squeezedTonic
Lemon wheel for garnish
Note: This recipe makes 1 serving.
To make a gin cocktail with marmalade simply combine the ingredients (except the tonic and the lemon wheel, of course) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, either whole or crushed. If you don’t own a cocktail shaker you can purchase one online fora bout $20. Top the drink with tonic and serve in a cocktail glass that has been previously chilled and filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon wheel and enjoy!
