Instead of overheating and pressurizing our gin to force infusion, we add a secret blend of the finest juniper, lemon peel, coriander, licorice and other botanicals directing to an ultra clean neutral spirit. Polo Club American Dry Gin is then allowed to develop its character slowly and naturally, waiting for our master distiller to declare the flavour perfect.

RASPBERRY POLO

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Polo Club Gin,
1/2 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice,
3/4 oz Simple syrup (sugar and water),
9-10 fresh raspberries (7- 8 for the gin cocktail; 2 for the garnish),
12 Mint leaves (11 for the gin cocktail; 1 for the garnish),
Ice,
1 oz champagne,
Shake & Strainer.

DIRECTIONS
Add Polo Club Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, 7-8 raspberries & approximately 11 mint leaves to shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously (8-10 times, so liquid has the time to be cooled by the ice but not diluted by it). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with two raspberries and one mint leaf. Sit back and enjoy one of the best gin cocktails.
